TriFact365 has two subscriptions.

Do you use the Variable or Fixed subscription? From 1 September, these subscriptions will be automatically transferred to Standard or Plus.
Check below under ‘Frequently asked questions’ to which subscription you will be transferred.

Frequently asked questions

How are charges calculated?

The monthly invoice is determined automatically. The invoice shows the cost of the subscription, the number of administrations, the total number of documents uploaded, and the number of users. The invoice contains a breakdown with the number of documents per administration

How does TriFact365 handle split documents?

If a document is split into multiple documents, TriFact365 only counts the individual documents (i.e. the document to be split is not counted in that case).

How does TriFact365 handle multiple pages?

For documents consisting of multiple pages, an additional document is calculated per 5 pages. A document consisting of 18 pages is counted as 4 documents.

How do I pay for the subscription?

The invoice is charged monthly in arrears. You will automatically receive the invoice (PDF) by e-mail. Payment takes place via direct debit.

What is the subscription term?

The duration of the Standard and Plus subscription for companies is 1 month.
The subscription is renewed automatically. The notice period is 1 month.

How does the volume discount for documents work?

When you upload a lot of documents per month, you automatically get a volume discount. The discount works as follows:

< 2,500 documents per month: € 0.17 per document
> 2,500 documents per month: € 0.12 per additional document
> 6,750 documents per month: € 0.06 per additional document

I currently have the Variable subscription. Which subscription will I be transferred to on 1 September?

Are you currently on the Variable subscription and do NOT use authorisation and/or procuration management? Then you will automatically be transferred to the Standard Business subscription on 1 September.

Are you currently on the Variable subscription and do you use authorisation and/or procuration management? Then you will be automatically transferred to the Plus subscription for companies on 1 September.

Do you no longer want to use authorisation and/or procuration management? Make sure before 1 September that these functions are no longer enabled for the administration(s). You can check this via Settings > Administrations. You will then be automatically transferred to the Standard subscription for companies.

Are you currently on the Fixed subscription and do NOT use authorisation and/or procuration management? Then you will automatically be transferred to the Standard subscription (+ FIXED) for accountants on 1 September.
