Your username is not active yet. Use the activation link in the e-mail.
If you are a new within TriFact365, it is possible you see this error when logging in to the portal. In this case your User is not yet active. Use the activation link in the e-mail you received or contact the Administrator of your TriFact365 account and ask him/her to re-send the activation link.
Re-sending activation link:
Settings (Cogwheel) > Users > Pencil > Send activation link
