TriFact365 Preview features

TriFact365 is in continuous development. New functionalities are developed and improvements are implemented on a regular basis. Preview functions are available for a select group of users. View the latest Preview functions here.

  • Action after document processing

    Preview

    Do you work with multiple administrations in TriFact365? From now on, you decide which screen opens when you have finished processing documents.

    • By default, the Dashboard of the selected administration opens.
    • Via the Action after document processing setting in Personal Settings, you can change this to:
      • Show Administration Hub: You will be taken to an overview of the complete backlog for all administrations.
      • Show administrations with backlog: You will be taken to an overview of the backlog for administrations for the relevant status.

  • Processing by document type

    Preview

    From now on, you can process all purchase and sales documents separately.

    • Do you filter in the Backlog by e.g. Purchase? Then you will only see these documents while splitting, authorising, checking or confirming.
    • After all documents of the selected type have been processed, you automatically move on to the other type (if available).

  • Various improvements

    Various tweaks and improvements for the Administration Switcher and Dashboard:

    • Administration switcher: After switching administrations, the current screen is refreshed.
    • Administration switcher: Switching not possible when viewing/processing a document.
    • Administration switcher is shown only in screens where you work within one administration.
    • Dashboard: ‘Upload’ and ‘Archive’ tiles removed. Both screens remain approachable via the vertical menu.
    • Dashboard: ‘Downtime’ tile removed and moved to Notifications.
    • Dashboard: Top 5 Backlog per administration with Backlog per document type.
    • Dashboard: Top 5 Documents to be authorised/confirmed per user contains data for the selected administration only.
    • Authorisation/Confirmation overview: Contains data for the selected administration only.

  • Administration Hub

    Preview

    Via the new Administration Hub in the top menu, you now have an even better overview of all documents to be processed for all administrations.

    • Top 50 administrations with backlog, including total count.
    • Top 50 documents to be authorised per user, including total count.
    • Top 50 documents to be confirmed per user, including total count.
    • Overviews of all emails received, all documents received, all documents to be processed and all documents processed.
    • Click on an administration to open and work in it.

  • New document types

    Preview

    In addition to purchase and sales invoices, you can now upload and store 53 new document types in TriFact365. Click here to see which documents are available.

    • Via Settings > Environment you can define which documents can be uploaded in TriFact365. All documents are sorted by category.
    • Select by document type or directly for an entire category.
    • At the administration level you can deviate from the default environment settings.

  • Administration switcher

    Preview

    Do you work with multiple administrations in TriFact365? With the Administration Switcher you can easily select an administration to work in.

    • Easily switch administrations via the blue menu. You no longer need to apply an administration filter in each screen.
    • The tiles in the Dashboard automatically show your personal backlog for the selected administration.
    • When you click on the Split, Authorise, Check or Confirm tile, you will go directly to the first document to be processed.
    • The overviews in the Dashboard continue to contain data on all administrations.
