New: Received documents

Consult all documents delivered by users via the portal, e-mail and mobile app in one screen? This is now possible via Received documents.

The Received Documents screen functions as a delivery history, so you can always see if and when documents have been delivered. As an Administrator, you can see which documents have been delivered by whom, when and how, and whether the documents have been uploaded successfully.

Have my users delivered all the documents?

We hear that many Administrators are busy collecting documents (in time) for processing. Therefore, there is a great need to quickly see if all documents have been received. Easily filter by user or e-mail address and see at a glance which documents have been received.

You can also see whether the document was received via the portal, e-mail or mobile app. In the case of e-mail, no user is known and the Received from column remains empty.

Have the received documents been successfully uploaded?

For each document, we indicate whether it has been successfully processed, i.e. the document has become available for processing in the Work Stock. If a document could not be processed, it can be found with the failed documents as you are used to.

Previously, it was not clear to you as an Administrator why documents were not processed. Now you can quickly view the reason via the Received documents screen.

In the menu on the left, go to Inbox > Received documents. Here, all documents uploaded as of 1 March 2024 are shown. Under the Inbox menu item, you will also find the Mailbox, which we have renamed to Received e-mails.
