From now on, you will always work in one administration at a time in TriFact365. This means that a number of adjustments have been made to how TriFact365 works, without you losing track of all administrations.
- After logging in, you automatically enter the new Home screen when you have access to multiple administrations.
- Top 50 tables including total count.
- Overviews of all received emails, all received documents, all documents to be processed, and all processed documents. These overviews can also be found in the new “Overview” menu item.
- o Click on an administration to open and work in it.
- Switch administrations via the Administration Switcher in the blue menu. You now no longer need to apply an administration filter again in each screen.
- The Dashboard has been renewed for all users and adjusted to a dashboard for one administration, which can be found under Overview > Current administration.
- We removed the ‘Upload’ and ‘Archive’ tiles. Both screens remain accessible via the vertical menu.
- We removed ‘Outage’ tile and moved it to Notifications.
- When you click on the Split, Authorise, Check or Confirm tile, you go directly to the first document to be processed.
- Top 5 Backlog per administration is replaced with the backlog per document type.
- The Received e-mails, Received documents, Backlog and Archive screens have been updated to one administration.
- After logging in, you automatically enter the new Home screen when you have access to multiple administrations.

Do you work with multiple administrations in TriFact365? From now on, you decide which screen opens when you have finished processing documents.
- By default, the Dashboard of the selected administration opens.
- Via the Action after document processing setting in Personal Settings, you can change this to:
- Show administrations with backlog: You will be taken to an overview of the backlog for administrations for the relevant status.
- Show Home: You will be taken back to the Home screen.
- Show Total backlog: You will be taken to an overview of the complete backlog for all administrations.

From now on, you can process all purchase and sales documents separately.
- Do you filter in the Backlog by e.g. Purchase? Then you will only see these documents while splitting, authorising, checking or confirming.
- After all documents of the selected type have been processed, you automatically move on to the other type (if available).

Preview
In addition to purchase and sales invoices, you can now upload and store 53 new document types in TriFact365. Click here to see which documents are available.
- Via Settings > Environment you can define which documents can be uploaded in TriFact365. All documents are sorted by category.
- Select by document type or directly for an entire category.
- At the administration level you can deviate from the default environment settings.

Improved
We have made a number of improvements regarding the connection with Visma eAccounting:
- The ‘Debtor account’ and ‘Creditor account’ fields for customers and suppliers have been removed.
- During a synchronization with Visma eAccounting, the default general ledger accounts for purchase and sales journal entries are retrieved.
- These general ledger accounts will be used automatically when making journal entries and therefore no longer need to be manually recorded as debtor or creditor accounts.

We have made a number of improvements regarding the entry lines:
- Display of all fields on the entry lines has been optimized.
- VAT code and VAT amount have been widened to improve readability.
- Entry lines next to document: With 3 additional dimensions, the label of the ledger is removed to improve readability of all fields.
- Entry lines under document: The labels of all additional dimensions are now visible (Cost center, Project, Item, Cost unit).
