When you have made a connection with an accounting software package, it is possible to renew this connection. This is for example necessary when you have changed your login details and TriFact365 cannot connect anymore.
To do this, go to Settings (Cogwheel) > Links > Pencil.
For most accounting software packages, the Refresh link button is available here. When you click it, you are directed to the website of the accounting package. Here you can enter the new login details for the link.
The following accounting software packages work differently:
- AFAS: Here you can enter a new User token. It is also possible to renew a server link in an online link.
- SnelStart: Here you can enter a new Link key.
All history (Backlog, Archive, etc.) is retained after the link is renewed.
