401 – Unauthorized

This error message has several possible causes/solutions:

  1. The user in AFAS with which the link between TriFact365 and AFAS was established does not have sufficient permissions for this administration. Verify in AFAS that the administration is correctly assigned to this user and the user has sufficient permissions for this administration.
  2. The link between TriFact365 and AFAS no longer works correctly, e.g. due to an update from AFAS. Create a new User token in AFAS and add it to the existing link in TriFact.
