This error message is generated by the accounting software. It means that the user who created the link with TriFact365 does not have sufficient rights for this administration in the accounting software.
Check the settings and rights of this user and adjust them if necessary. If the user is not allowed to book in this administration, TriFact365 cannot transfer the information to the accounting software.
