Before you start, you can check a number of things to ensure that TriFact365 works properly. In some cases, it may be wise to consult with the system administrator of the organization.
Operating system
We support these operating systems for desktop and laptop:
- Microsoft Windows
- Apple macOS
- Linux Ubuntu LTS
We support these operating systems for the smartphone or tablet:
- Apple iOS 11 and up
- Android 6 and up
Internet browser
Always make sure to install the latest version of your browser. We actively support the latest versions of these browsers:
Internet Explorer is not supported by TriFact365. Safety and security cannot be guaranteed while using this internet browser.
Screen resolution
The screen resolution can best be set to a minimum resolution of 1600x900px (standard 17-inch screen). With smaller screens and resolutions, the web application will not fit completely on the screen and must be “scrolled” or zoomed out.
Scanner
If you want to scan invoices before uploading them in TriFact365, use a minimum DPI of 200. When available use a scanner with an e-mail functionality to send the invoice directly to TriFact365.
Network security
The network security (for example the firewall) must allow communication over port 443 for Secured Sockets Layer (SSL) traffic. This is always the case. You do not need additional software to consult documents. If you want to view documents in the correct layout, you can write the report in PDF format. In that case you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available for free on the Adobe website.
