Updating the master data

When you change master data in the accounting software, it is important that you also update the master data in TriFact365. This means that TriFact365 retrieves the new / changed data from the accounting software. Go through the step-by-step plan below to update the master data.

Option 1
Go to Settings (Cogwheel) > Administrations > Three dots (…) and click on Update master data at the top of the page.

Option 2
You can also update the master data while checking and processing invoices:

Got to the Backlog and click on the status Check. Click in the Check screen on the Update master data button underneath the grey bar with the administration name.
