How do I set a new password?

Setting a new password is done as a User in the Personal settings. Read how to do this here.

Can I change a User’s email address?

You cannot change the email address of a User. However, you can create a new User with the new email address (and delete the old one).

What user rights and roles are there?

The following rights are present in TriFact365: Add, Control, Authorisation, Confirmation, Archive, Master data, Delete and Mailbox. In addition, Owner and Administrator roles can be assigned. Click here for more information on rights and roles.

How can I transfer the role of Owner?

If you have the role of Owner in TriFact365 as a User, you can transfer the role to someone else. Go to Settings (cogwheel) > Users. Click on Three dots > Edit next to the User who should get the role of Owner or create a new User. How to do the latter is explained here. In the edit screen, set the Owner slider to Yes and save the change.

I can no longer log in. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password for TriFact365 or if logging in no longer works, request a password reset via the portal.
