How can I upload documents?

You can upload documents via the portal, the email and/or the mobile app. Depending on the upload method, file formats are supported or not. Read more about uploading here.

Which file formats does TriFact365 support?

TriFact365 supports the following file formats: .bmp, .doc, .docx, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .pdf, .png, .tif, .tiff, .xls, .xlsx, .xml. On upload Word and Excel files are converted to .pdf. If you want to upload a UBL invoice, make sure that both the .pdf and .xml file are attached in one e-mail.

Where can I find the email address for submitting invoices by email?

You can find this email address in the administration settings. Go to Settings (cogwheel) > Administration. The email address can be found under the heading Mailbox. Would you like to read more about uploading via e-mail? Click here.

The document I have uploaded is not in the Backlogy. What now?

All documents uploaded in TriFact365, regardless of how, are visible in Received documents. Is a document marked with a red bullet? If so, it has not been processed and an error message is listed. Also check whether any documents are on Downtime.
