Frequently asked questions about Twinfield

How does TriFact365 connect to Twinfield?

You start a free trial, select Twinfield and follow the steps in the guide. The connection is ready within minutes, for one administration or for many.

Does each administration keep its own chart of accounts?

Yes. The booking proposal is based on the chart of accounts and the booking history of that specific administration, not on a general template. A correction carries over to the next invoice from the same supplier in the same administration.

Does the entry go into Twinfield automatically?

The proposal is prepared automatically, but the entry only reaches Twinfield after you have checked and approved it. That final check is deliberate.

Can clients submit documents themselves?

Yes. Each administration gets its own email address, and documents can also come in through the app or an upload. You can see per document which channel it arrived through.

Do we have to move all administrations at once?

No. You connect one administration at a time and the rest carry on unchanged. In practice most firms start with the administrations that have the highest document volume.
