TriFact365 reads invoices and receipts automatically, so you don’t have to retype them in Exact Online. For purchase invoices you get a draft entry per invoice line; after your approval the journal entry goes to your administration in Exact Online. Read more about our invoice scanning software.
Scan & Recognise and the scanning service (also known as no hands accounting) read invoices inside Exact Online; what is included depends on your edition. TriFact365 adds its own step before Exact Online: line-level recognition, multi-stage approval by colleagues who only work in TriFact365, and your administrations in one work queue.
Yes. In TriFact365, colleagues, managers or your accountant approve invoices in one or more stages. Approvers don’t need an Exact Online user. Only after approval and your go-ahead does the journal entry go to Exact Online. Read more about workflows.
TriFact365 reads master data from Exact Online, such as suppliers, GL accounts and VAT codes. Exact Online receives the journal entry, the invoice as an attachment and the history of the actions taken.
Yes, but only after you approve the draft journal entry in TriFact365. As soon as you send it, after internal approval if you use it, the journal entry and the invoice appear in Exact Online straight away.
Yes. You process your administrations in one work queue and connect more later without setting anything up again. This also applies to Belgian administrations in Exact Online.
TriFact365 arranges your Peppol ID, included in your subscription. Peppol invoices land in the same work queue, are checked and approved, and then go to Exact Online as a journal entry. This also works for Belgian administrations, where B2B e-invoicing has been mandatory since 1 January 2026. More about Peppol.
Yes. With the TriFact365 app you take a photo of a receipt or expense claim. It is recognised, colleagues approve it with a swipe, and then the entry goes to Exact Online. More about the receipts app.
