Yes. iMUIS Online has been renamed King Finance for businesses and King Accountancy for accountants. It is the same platform by Björn Lundén, and TriFact365 connects to both.
TriFact365 reads invoices and receipts automatically, so you don’t have to retype anything. For purchase invoices you get a draft entry per invoice line with a GL account and VAT code. After your approval the journal entry goes to King Finance.
King offers a basic scanning feature of its own. TriFact365 goes further with line-level recognition for purchase invoices, approval in stages, AI that keeps learning and multiple accounting packages in one environment. That helps most with more complex administrations and for accountants.
Yes. Your accountant can be a stage in the approval route, alongside colleagues or management. Only after the final approval does the journal entry go to King Finance.
