Updates: Improved features

TriFact365 is continuously in development. New functionalities are developed and improvements are implemented on a regular basis.   • New and improved hotkeys

    Improved

    Throughout the portal, we have added several handy hotkeys:

    • Added hotkeys for the general actions New, Save and Refresh in multiple screens.
    • Added hotkeys in the Split, Merge, Authorise, Confirm and Rejected screens.
    • Check: Added hotkeys for the Skip and Delete actions.
    • Check: Added hotkey to activate the Ledger field on the first journal entry line.
    • Check: The operation of the hotkey for copying the description has been changed.
      • In addition to description, copying now works for ledger, cost centre, cost unit, project, item, from and to.
      • When you are in a field and use the hotkey, the entered value is transferred to all underlying journal entry lines.

  • Various improvements

    Improved
    • General: The ellipsis menu (•••) in overviews can now be opened by right-clicking anywhere on the line.
    • General: If a hotkey is available for an action, it is shown when you hover the mouse over the button/action.
    • General: When switching administrations, instead of reloading the entire page, the content of the page is refreshed. This ensures faster operation.
    • General: Speed of page loading improved.
    • Check: The description of the entered VAT code is displayed when you hover over the field.
    • Home: The ‘Backlog by administration’ table is larger when Authorisation/Confirmation is not used.

  • Various bug fixes and improvements

    • General: File names, e-mail addresses, invoice numbers and entry numbers can be copied from overview pages.
    • General: Notifications after successfully saving data are now displayed in the top right of the screen.
    • Check: The order of some master data in relations has been changed. After the name follows the CoC number, VAT number and lastly the bank account number and/or IBAN number of the relation.
    • King Finance / Accountancy: When booking the attachment in the ‘Digitaal dossier’, the description is now also filled.

    • All documents to be processed: Coloured bullets added to Status column.
    • Check: Description of dimensions are sometimes not filled when creating a new journal entry line. (RESOLVED)
    • Documents are sometimes not visible in the PDF viewer with older versions of Safari. (RESOLVED)
    • Backlog: Coloured bullets added to Status column.

  • Various bug fixes and improvements

    • Account details: Company data cannot be saved during a trial version. (RESOLVED)
    • General: New look and feel of the PDF viewer.
    • Check: Number of visible buttons adjusted according to screen width.
    • Check: Last updated is now visible in the ‘Update master data’ button.
    • Home: The total count at the bottom of the ‘Backlog per administration’ table is now clickable and leads to All documents to be processed.

  • Various bug fixes and improvements

    • Account details: Spaces and punctuation are removed when pasting in the KvK number, VAT number, Phone number, IBAN number and BIC code fields.
    • Add administration: All links are shown in the list instead of only the first 10 links.
    • Check: The list of ledgers, cost centres etc. sometimes disappears from view on the bottom entry lines. (RESOLVED)
    • Check: The message about an error during the previous booking attempt has been clarified.
    • Check: A message about missing exchange rates for the selected currency is sometimes displayed incorrectly. (RESOLVED)
    • General: Action buttons, titles, filters and pagination buttons now always remain in view on pages with overviews.

    • Subscription details: The accountant subscription does not show ‘FIXED’ when it is part of the subscription. (RESOLVED)
    • General: Dates are shown as -1 day in certain time zones. (RESOLVED)
    • Check: Spaces and punctuation are removed when pasting in the Bank Account Number, IBAN number, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number and Phone number fields.
    • Check: Fields at relation jump when a Standard account with long description is entered. (RESOLVED)
    • Backlog: User can click Confirm on a document while it is not yet the user’s turn to confirm. (RESOLVED)

  • Debtor account and Creditor account for Visma eAccounting

    Improved

    We have made a number of improvements regarding the connection with Visma eAccounting:

    • The ‘Debtor account’ and ‘Creditor account’ fields for customers and suppliers have been removed.
    • During a synchronization with Visma eAccounting, the default general ledger accounts for purchase and sales journal entries are retrieved.
    • These general ledger accounts will be used automatically when making journal entries and therefore no longer need to be manually recorded as debtor or creditor accounts.

  • Improved screen for checking documents

    We have made a number of improvements regarding the entry lines:

    • Display of all fields on the entry lines has been optimized.
    • VAT code and VAT amount have been widened to improve readability.
    • Entry lines next to document: With 3 additional dimensions, the label of the ledger is removed to improve readability of all fields.
    • Entry lines under document: The labels of all additional dimensions are now visible (Cost center, Project, Item, Cost unit).

  • Various improvements

    • Check: New customer suggestions don’t have ISO code filled in for ‘Country’. (FIXED)
    • Check: Customer/supplier name sometimes not showing. (FIXED)
    • Users: When exporting the table, the ‘Status’ column remains empty. (FIXED)
    • Links: When exporting the table, the ‘Status’ column remains empty. (FIXED)
    • Received emails: When exporting the table, the ‘Processed attachments’ column remains empty. (FIXED)
    • Total backlog: Users with only ‘Confirm’ rights get an error. (FIXED)
    • Mobile app: Upload fails when description contains ‘\’. (FIXED)
